Hi Rauf,

Yes, we observed the same things at our end. One of our customer account
got compromised which causes some spam through our system that impacted the
whole n/w from the same IP space though other IP's are dedicated and carry
a good reputation at SNDS.

We tried to reach out to the support team with multiple tickets but could
get expected responses apart from standard response. Not sure why whole n/w
blocked when only specific IP's send spam due to compromised account.
