HI all,

Does anyone have a contact at Barracuda email security team ? Or if anyone has 
some insights on the potential reasons for the following bounce
550 permanent failure for one or more recipients (<removed>@domain.com:blocked)

Some insights .. before this bounce the sender was able to send successfully 
other 4 emails to the same recipient in the last week.
I was under the assumption that in this case the recipient has blocked all 
emails from the sender and I should treat it as a hard bounce.

Anyone has any insights?
