try the community forums (https://forums.yahoo.net/t5/Mail/ct-p/Mail). There are yahoo employees there, and while you might have to go through 2-3 copy & paste-replies that has nothing to do with the issue, eventually someone will make sure it's escalated to someone who can investigate the issue.

So I was just wondering : did someone ever manage to get a helpful answer ? Is it even worth writing to them ?
