Hi,

After several years helping our customers deliver their emails I never had to 
really worry about Yahoo. If the campaigns were awful mails would not get 
delivered but other than that it was not a concern. A few days ago one pool of 
IPs started getting "421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from X.X.X.X temporarily 
deferred due to user complaints" for no apparent reason. Moreover, only some 
IPs inside the pool got this message and some other did not. I can not get 
these IPs to get back to "normal".


So this was the first time I used Yahoo's contact form. And I have used it 
several times since. They sometimes answer back to ask you to write the same 
thing you wrote in the form and then it always ends with the same pre-typed 
response. You can not get any bit of information or help from them. So I was 
just wondering : did someone ever manage to get a helpful answer ? Is it even 
worth writing to them ?
