As I said in an earlier reply I did get some of this backwards, but not that 
bit.
   # grep -c gmail ~/Mail/dmarc*
   /home/werdna/Mail/dmarc.rua:0
   /home/werdna/Mail/dmarc.ruf:44
but on closer inspection all the hits are false positives - mostly occurrences of "gmail" in the "In-Reply-To:" or "References:" headers of the reported message, and not reports from google.

Your lawyers do not have to worry.
