No idea. Only thing I have noticed is that not every report sender cares
about the existence of external domain authorisation records[1] so if a) 
your RUA points to an address at another domain and b) you think you're
missing reports from some providers, I'd look there first.

That's not my report - Dmarcian is nothing to do with me.

But, I would say that that report is based on senders who have Dmarcian in
their RUA and therefore that sample might not be representative of say a
commercial sender.
