You might need to share the IP range you're talking about; >From what I recall, their validation mechanism would send an email to the >relevant address mentioned in the WHOIS of the range, or to certain addresses >(like postmaster@ or abuse@, I don't recall) of the domain(s?) used for PTR. And if it's a full range, you must have PTR records all the way.

The same range is also shown as "Autorized IP addresses". When trying to add I always get the error Kindly resolve the following error(s): - Sorry!
