Hi,
last week we have come accross hotmail.co.uk rejecting delivery with an
error: smtp;550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [185.136.201.xx]
weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part
of their network is on our block list (AS3150). You can also refer your
provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
The problem only affected IPs which are being warmed up at the moment
and only about 20% of messages from these IPs.
Oddly enough the AS3150 has nothing to do with us as our AS is AS203376
and AS3150 is NTT America.
