Thanks! Sadly, I've tried this, and get an automated response saying
that messages without a specific "SBL Reference Number" and matching IP
address in the subject line are rejected and not read, going on to say:

But Spamhaus CSS listings, unlike normal Spamhaus SBL listings, don't
have an SBL reference number, even when they exist.

I guess I could use a fake reference number and IP address (taken from
some other normal SBL listing to get past the automated check for it,
but using fake info in the subject line seems like it's getting things
off to a bad start...
