I'm pretty sure the pipeline that populated the cache was broken and has
now been fixed, I don't know what the delay is, but it's probably not
supposed to be 11 days normally.  The delay shouldn't matter for this, as
long as you're accepting our mail.

the red lock to go away.

It's not guaranteed that the lock went away due to turning off the startup
delay or that Google changed something on its side. Now I have to figure
out how to get postfix to use a startup delay for some hosts and not
others. (If anybody knows off-hand, please email offline, thanks.)
