Yeah you didn't quote me there...
My conclusion is that some registrars are doing something else, which
causes abuse to go elsewhere.
This is my favorite counter-argument for claiming that low prices are
the root of all evil :-)
I think it's an indication of the problem at hand as when registrars
start advertising the new low priced registrations suddenly spammers go
to town...
