I know there are hotmail people who monitor this list - can somebody help
my colleague at another UK university with their blacklisting please?

Subject: [uk-mail-managers] Blacklisted by hotmail/live
It looks as though our entire address space has been blacklisted by
Hotmail/live. When we try to contact Microsoft via the support web pages
we get the helpful message -
"Oops, we've encountered a temporary technical problem. We're working on
resolving this right away but in the meantime, please try again!"
This has been going on for two days now and is extremely detrimental to
the business of the university. Does anyone have any contacts or other
useful information that may help with this?
