Well, unless you have used recent test releases then you did not have an OAuth 
token before. The support for Yahoo OAuth is new. It is expected behavior that 
the above would happen on the first launch.

This is the main problem, that is, you cannot complete the authorization 
process in the browser window. Try writing me off list (Help > Send Feedback) 
with a screenshot of your IMAP account settings window and maybe a screenshot 
of the browser window as well.

If you need to make the account work then you should be able to simply disable 
OAuth2 for both IMAP and SMTP for the account. I would then expect it to work 
like before (using an app specific password).

Yes, it's stuck at the attempt to get an OAuth2 refresh token.
