The word “All” should only be a grey-color placement holder to emphasize that it matches all email addresses when the text field is empty. Writing “All” would only match an email address named “All” (which would not work and just mean the signature is never used). I can see how this can be misinterpreted. Keep the “Address(es)” field empty.
