[MlMt] masked icloud email address

I am trying to use iCloud-based masked email addresses to hide my actual 
email address when “talking” to some web services : I have 2 
questions : 1) how can I send mails from this new address using Mailmate 
(the From item seems to be limited to the address of my 2 accounts) 2) 
(not Mailmate-related) can I use this strategy to replace an email 
address which is different from the email address registered to my Apple 
account?
