How does one consistently create a rule in Mailmate? I click on Edit Rules,
and the window with rules for that mailbox opens. But most of the time the
options for existing rules are grayed out, and when I attempt to create a new
rule, the options there are grayed out as well. On occasion I have been able to
create a rule, but I have no idea what I did to get the option dialogs to work.
I have looked into Mailmate help in the app but while I find a reference to
rules, I can’t find any instructions on how to create them. Any help would be
appreciated.
