When I moved (my mistake, I should have copied) the settings MM nuked
them on restart.
Now I can’t seem to get rules to work and am not sure what I am doing
wrong or if it is a bug.

I had trouble using my rules using EXPERIMENTAL v6065 (latest
archive). Benny had said he was aware of the issue and to wait for
6066. No word in a month so I went to a version which worked for me,
found by happenstance. It’s shown below. Been on it ever since. So
you may want to consider that in your situation.
