Most recent release I can see is 6003, available from
https://updates.mailmate-app.com/archives/
There was a deletion problem for some users which Benny has fixed in
this version, so this might help you.
(Note these are development versions and so can be unstable, although I
am finding it works just fine so far).

when i’m deleting an e-mail in MailMate the messaage moved to trash
(in MM), but in my Protonmail mobile app i still see the deleted

Fun fact: if i delete a message in Thunderbird, this mail already
disappear from the official Protonmail.
This is a MailMate bug?
