I don't think I can trigger the quick entry with AppleScript though. I'll 
investigate a little more.

Benny could weigh in on this, but maybe setup a smart mailbox for the @waiting 
tag and have a rule run that once that message is replied to, it could run a 
separate command that would add a @done tag.
