We've seen issues like this before? Are you running the django cron tasks <https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/install/virtualenv.html#cron-jobs-for-mailman-web>. Sometimes the `daily` jobs fix this. Also if you haven't done so, restarting the WSGI server (uWSGI, gunicorn, Apache mod_wsgi) may help.
