Of course, you have to talk to teachers. But don't expect much from them.

ILUG can distribute pamphlets. ILUG can include "a speech about DRM" when
they conduct sessions about free software in schools. You can even
distribute VCDs of Anti DRM speech by RMS. I'm ready to donate a few VCDs
for this purpose, if you are planning to do so. Also you can invite students
to ILUG meetings, which are conducted in 'Jays Internet Cafe', Broadway.
Thus they will get a better idea about free software movement.

I think DRM can be prevented in schools easily. The students should decide
that from now onwards, if somebody try to sell CDs or DVDs, they will buy a
copy first of all, test it and then decide whether the rest of the students
should buy it or not.
