Try OpenNMS, Nagios, mrtg. This gives cpu utilisation, system
temperature and Disk I/O using SNMP.

A Debian package search turned up gnucash,grisbi, kurush
and spreadsheets gnumeric, moodss, oleo, sc, tsiag, xsiag,
kspread.
(I haven't used any of them.)
