Hi, all,

I've never used Facetime before, so I thought I'd poke around a bit. I assumed
I had signed into it with the latest Os X update, and I got an email saying
that my computer was using my Apple iD for Facetime. when I opened the window,
I got the Window control buttons, but nothing else. When I found preferences in
the Facetime menu, it was dimmed. where do I go from here?

Thanks,
teresa

On the other hand, there are different fingers.
