I realize some of this may be off topic for this list, so that's why I'm asking that folks reply to me off list so we don't bombard the lists. I'm looking to talk to folks who not only use the Dish Anywhere app but who also use the actual Hopper and remote control. I've had Dish for a little over a month now and can use it very basically but have questions. Whenever I call Dish, I always get folks who can't fathom the fact that a blind person is asking questions about either its app or its remote and have no idea how to best answer me. So, if anyone is a Dish Network subscriber and user of both the app and the remote, please contact me off list. Thanks.
