No it's not a matter of me being impatient Voiceover never comes on. This morning was the worse, as I just sat there, and no matter how many times I hit command F5 VO wouldn't come back on, so I had to turn the power button off, and when the computer restarted once everything got back up and running I had to hit command F5 and VO finally came back on.
