unity view won't affect anything. However, moving the VM from one machine to
another can be tricky. when I moved my VM from my iMac to my MBA, I was asked
by fusion if I wanted to copy or move the VM. Not knowing what to do, I
selected copy. This caused all my keys to be invalidated - windows, MS-office
and jaws all had to be re-authorized. I think if I had chosen "move", then
fusion would have moved the authorizations along with the vm file,
de-activating the old one and activating the new, but as it was, I basically
created a clone of the VM, so now I have to windows for the price of one.

P.S. I had to call windows support (accessibility team) for help and they
authorized the new windows7 VM even though I didn't pay for another license .

I don't think that answers your question though. Sorry I can't be more help The
first thing you need to do I think is to get jaws talking so you can know whats
going on. Try narrator while you're at it. and, if fusion asks if this is a new
file, and you want to copy or move it, try the move option.
