Hi,

First, go into iTunes Preferences with cmd-comma or VO-m to the menubar, right
to the iTunes menu then down to Preferences. Select the Store tab from within
the Toolbar. Make sure that the “Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases” item is
checked. Click OK to get out of the iTunes Preferences and so changes are
applied. These items should show up within a few seconds or so depending on
your computer and the Internet connection. The Download button will be one of
the columns within the Table. Usually it’s just to the right of the Movie
title.

HTH.
