Hello,

No end of trouble of late. I’ve just purchased a few movies in iTune Store.
During the process of purchasing them, I was given a choice to download them
straight away or later. Now, as I was in a bit of a hurry and had other things
to do, I clicked the “download later” option.

Now I find that the movies I have purchased can’t be downloaded. Firstly, I
noticed that in the “recently purchased” section of source list, my movies do
not appear. I then went to the itune store page and clicked on purchased. I
chose the tab which says not in my library, and there they are, all of the
movies, but there is no way of downloading them? I understand from the various
posts on the internet, that there should be link to download next to each
title. But there’s nothing there. Has anybody else had this problem? Is it a
voiceover thing? I mean, does voiceover not see these links? How can I download
the movies?

I’m somewhat puzzled and worried. Any help greatly appreciated.

Andrew
