Hey Scott. Whatever you do, if it's working fine, don't take it off or you may not get it back until somebody figures out and fixes what's wrong. It never occurred to me that my computer wouldn't even let me do USB yesterday and wouldn't even show me a list of braille displays on the table in VoiceOver Utility. But you're probably smarter than me, so you won't do what I did.
