Hi list: Have you all noticed that, at least in Mountain Lion, there is no longer an intro that plays the first time a user runs VoiceOver? The option to display the Welcome dialog still exists, but, effectively does nothing. You can still get the VoiceOver quickStart via the VO+Command+f8 keystroke, but, unless a new user knows this, he may never get the Welcome message for the first time.
