Wayne, do you have a full-sized USB keyboard laying around? if so, plug it
in and you'll have an insert key and will be able to work in desktop
keyboard layout, at least until you can use SharpKeys to get the caps lock
reassigned for use with a laptop keyboard layout.
They're cheap enough at around $15 - $20 at any bestbuy or other computer
store.
I'm not on skype. Try to get a USB keyboard - it doesn't have to be an apple
keyboard I dont' think.
P.S. You might want to start putting punctuation in your messages. It's hard
to read your messages because they're like one long run-on sentence with no
punctuation.

when I setup my screen reader, I had its install package on a DVD. I
inserted it into the cd drive and using windows+r for the run dialog, I
typed in the path to the setup.exe on the dvd. for example
E:\JawsSetup.exe.
You also have access to Narrator in windows 7 which can be helpful to get
around windows until you get your main screen reader going. press
window+r,
then type narrator and hit enter.
That'll get narrator talking.
