when I setup my screen reader, I had its install package on a DVD. I
inserted it into the cd drive and using windows+r for the run dialog,
I typed in the path to the setup.exe on the dvd. for example
E:\JawsSetup.exe. You also have access to Narrator in windows 7 which
can be helpful to get around windows until you get your main screen
reader going. press window+r, then type narrator and hit enter.
That'll get narrator talking.
