Hi, guys, I've tried all the tips, and I even turned off VO and used the mouse keys. I held down the option key and clicked on Notification Center. It still says "do not Disturb on".
By the way, the way to turn it on his to click where it says "show alerts and banners". however don't do that till we figure a way to turn *off "do Not Disturb!"
