Dear listers, Does anyone know whether it's possible, and if so how, to do any of the following?
1. Create an active table of contents for a PDF that works with iBooks? That is, the PDF already has a table of contents, but it doesn't seem to work with iBooks. Anyway to fix this? 2. Create an eBook, either in ePub or PDF format, from several PDF files. I have a number of PDF books which are broken into several parts – e.g. a file for each chapter etcetera. If possible, I want to make these into one eBook file with a working table of contents. I wish there was something as simple as AudiobookBuilder but for eBooks.
