I would get it if it had NFC or some cool mobile wallet technology. I'd also be keen for better battery life. I don't care too much about a faster processor as this seems to often balance out with more pixels in the display. Plus, my 4S currently seems to run all my apps fast enough. I was about to say I don't care about a better camera, but then I realised this would be useful for OCR and image recognition apps. I'd also be pretty pumped if it could do the laundry or washing up for me, or clean my bathroom.
