Hi,

If you are a person who has a 4S, 4, or a 3GS the design of the phone would be 
brand new to you.  plus, it would have way more processing power than those 
devices not to mention support for 4G LTE.  Now, if you have an iPhone 5, their 
might not be so strong an incentive to upgrade.  Especially since anyone who 
bought an iPhone 5 subsidized is still on contract and, won't be eligible for 
an upgrade when the 5S is released.
