Well, I have not seen an option to send and receive files on the iPhone either, 
but I believe I could do a conference call on the iPhone. Thing is, I don't 
have enough friends in one place at the same time to want to do a conference 
call.

What's kind of me is that my Skype phone number, which is my main phone number 
for home, rings on the same iPhone as my iPhone cell phone number.
