Hi.

First, when a person send you a file, within the HTML window in which the 
conversation is located, there  will be in except button. Once you press it, 
you will be prompted to point your file browser where you want the file to go. 
By default, this is the downloads folder.

Second, in order to switch between conversations you're having in Skype, you 
need to use the command option left or right arrow keys. Conversations will 
appear in the same HTML window.
