Hi there folks,

I am working to become a fully qualified Apple support agent/trainer, however,
the local representatives of Apple (Core group) refuse to give the necessary
training unless you work for them. I have supplied them with my curriculum
vitae several months ago, but have received no reply whatsoever.

Does anybody know of any other way to become a qualified Apple technical
support agent/trainer? If such a method exist, preferably online, please let me
know. This is intensely frustrating to me, wanting to help the local blind
community, but not being able to do to lack of the necessary qualifications.

The South African blind computer user is basically stuck using Windows at this
point in time due to the lack of necessary training facilities and personnel.

Warm regards,

Brandt Steenkamp
