I'm surprised stuff like this doesn't happen more like it does with say jaws. 
I'd happily pay for solutions that gave this kind of functionality. It sounds 
like clever people could make helpful things that people like me could never 
do. 

This isn't having a go at anyone but just an observation on a difference I find 
between mac and apple camps. The number of free and payed scripts for jfw is 
huge and usually quite easy to find but so often mac solutions and info is 
fragmented and or so highly technical and or obscure that less advanced users 
can't understand or implement them.
