I would need to learn how to do half of your instructions.  :)

1. Create a "Activity" group for mail.
Do you mean in voUtility create a new activity?

2. Create AppleScript command to either move VO cursor or speak specific 
information.
Where could I learn how to do this?

3. Use keyboard commander to link scripts to keys.
I believe I know how to do this.  Do you mean once I have the scripts created, 
I create the keyboard commands.  For example right-option1 reads the sender, 
right-option2 reads to, etc.

I found the mail script you mentioned.  Yes, I'd like separate scripts.  From, 
to, cc, bcc, etc.  I'm not fully sure how to edit that file.  Syntacs is 
something I need to learn further in apple script.
