Another thing to consider prior to considering that it could be an issue on your end, is the time that you actually perform the update. For example, if for example 10,000 people were downloading the update well you started the update, it may go fast and tell 70,000 people connect at about 65% of your download. This will densest slow your download down. Just something to consider.
