Hello, Paragraph and heading styles are completely doable and accessible. As for headers and footers, you need to route the mouse pointer and click in order to work within that particular area, but it represents no real issue. Tables, unfortunately, are not currently supported, in that you cannot create a table and insert information into it using Voiceover. At the present, Numbers is your best bet for this.
I used to think that templates are completely useless. However, I now love them, since they represent pre-designed formatted documents ready for use. Just the other day I used the "Elegant Fax" template coversheet to accompany some faxed material, and all I needed to do was to have my fiancé show me where to affix my signature at the bottom of the cover page. it was simple yet professional. There was no need to create such things from scratch.
