OK, I'm a little confused. I'm not finding a download link for this.
Everything I see is referring to an I O S ap. Do you have a link to the o s
x version?

It is certainly free. I love it a lot, and use it all the time. It uses
google voice to send the texts, and it is accessible. That is why I'd love
to get the GV gateway cleared up, so that I can have a full desktop phone.

I did notice this as well. If you have another conversation, switch to
that, then back to your other one, and it should work. I sort of think
Apple did the app in a bit of a hurry, but I'm sure they'll improve it
with later versions of mac OS. BTW, for those who want to text regular
cellphones, GVMax is wonderful, and uses google talk, which works with
messages just fine.

Has anyone, speaking of unread messages, noticed that if you have a
fairly lengthy thread going between yourself and another person in
Messages, that after a certain amount of messages, you can't interact
with the html history area? I found this extremely! irritating, as my
mom and I were texting back and forth the other day while she was at
work, and she was trying to tell me a few things that were extremely
important. Finally, I had to just call her desk phone, as after about 7
or so messages from her and I back and forth, Voiceover just would not!
let me interact with the html history and go to the bottom to read her
messages. Definitely a really annoying bug. Just wondered if anyone
else had noticed this.

The conversations with unread messages will be on the completely left
side of the table.

Hi, all,
Is there a way to find unread messages in the messages app? I notice
that it has an unread message count in the title bar, but I don't know
how to find them.
Thanks,
Teresa
