I have not listened to Robert's podcast. It does seem that the way to actually 
get into a book is to find it in the single column table, then search on the 
word contents. That takes you to the table of contents, where you can arrow 
down to see the different sections, chapters, whatever. Then you move to the 
html area, where the text seems to read out just fine. The problem I have with 
the single column table is that, more often than not, instead of announcing the 
title I arrow to, I get VO telling me that row such and so was expanded or so 
many rows were added etc. Not at all useful info in this case, since that info 
wipes out the announcement of the currently selected title.
