Hi there. I am glad to hear I am not the only one out there who can consider herself totally incompetent with the pinch gesture. Taking from note takers, I wish there was an option to tell the IOS device to start selecting, you know, set a mark, and then to stop selecting so that you can then cut, copy, or delete. This would go a long way for some people to be able to have an iPad as their main computer, especially if someone figured out how to put BARD books onto an IOS device.
My sighted husband says that he can select, say, several lines at once. I just discovered I can't do that, no matter what. Thanks for the hint on the command for selecting with a braille display. I ccn't rememeaer it, and it's been driving me crazy when I wanted to select with the br display.
