Plus with that approach of having all participants record their part of the 
podcast and then send it to you for the final edit I would think that you would 
lose the interactivity of all participants as they would not be able to talk to 
one another in order to have a conversation.  I think that that the 
conversational aspect of doing a podcast like this is crucial.  JMO
