Personally, I like having a monitor. No, I can't use it, but my family can. For 
instance, if I ever had a serious problem and vo or my sound card stopped 
working, I have a recourse. Also, I can let others read things on the screen, 
such as to proof something or take a quick look at an interesting article. I 
consider the monitor a safety net and a good way to have my computer open to 
anyone who may need it, for whatever reason. Plus, as I said, I had no end of 
trouble when I had no screen, and now all is as well as it can be with such low 
ram.
