Hi. If you have an I phone, go into your mail. Not the inbox but in the list where all your boxes are displayed such as sent items, drafts etc.
If you move through the list of boxes, VIP will be displayed. Press enter on it or double tap using your I phone. then you will find the option to add VIPS. Your contacts will open and you can search in the normal way. Once you have found what you want, double tap it and you will see the contact has been added. Kawal.
