Don't know if there is a program that does all that.  I heard of a
combination, but not just one.  Plus, there is more than a average of 4 to 5
hours of stuff, and most DVDR's only give you 120 minutes, so most people
take just the movie, and try to compress the rest on another disc.  Good

I'll definitely look into it.  The only thing is, I don't exactly want to
rip the dvd. I'm not wanting the backup copy to only have the movie and
nothing else.  I'm literally wanting to make an exact 100% duplication of
the dvd, that has the title menu, the different chapter markings, all the
bonus stuff, etc.  I literally want the exact entire dvd copied.
